This week was shorter,because we had Martin Luther King day off. So we only had school on tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday. We didn't do much this week. We had our test on wednesday 1/21. Since Barack Obama got elected president, we saw the inauguration in science class on tuesday. Which meant that we didn't have a review for our test. So, Mr. Finley held a review at 7:00 in the morning on tuesday. I went, and reviewed the study guide. As i said before on tuesday we watched the inauguration, and wednesday we took the test. I didn't think it was really hard. On thursday we continued the worksheet that we did last week. We were given a bunch of trays, and had to identify what types they were (igneous, sedamentary. metamorphic). Also we had to do descriptions of the rocks. I learned that igneous has crystals, they don't weigh that much. I also learned sedamentary have more layers. We didnt finish going over metamorphic, and will pick that up on monday.
