This week we did all sorts of different things. We had a presentation to do this week. We had to do a experiment about coffee filters. My group did three experiments instead of one. Our first experiment was we texted if mass affected the way motion falls to the ground. We dropped a coffee filter, and book at the same time. The book hit the ground first. Our second experiment was to see if adding mass to a coffee filter affected the way it fell to the ground. The coffee filter with the sacagawea coin fell first. Our third experiment was If adding water affected the way water fell to the ground. We had one dry coffee filter, and one wet one. The wet coffee hit the ground before the dry coffee filter.
Also we learned about moon phases. The sun lights half the moon that is facing the sun. We also only see half the moon. I learned that there is several different moon phases, for example, cresent, gibbons, fulll, new, quarter of half.
